„A Brazilian business delegation was scheduled to arrive in Vienna on the same day on two separate flights. A few hours before departure, the news came: The second flight was not allowed to depart because bad weather conditions couldn't get started. The first group was already on their way.
Even as the first guests were arriving in Vienna, Your Personal Coordinator from our Chauffeur Service Vienna together with the organizing team, the Scheduling from scratch. State visits, conferences, or demonstrations may cause last-minute changes to access routes. Our drivers take alternative routes into account and coordinate the route with dispatch on an ongoing basis.
Schedule changes, additional participants, or new agenda items are all part of the process when dealing with delegations. Instead of starting over from scratch, the existing schedule is readjusted and incorporated into the ongoing proceedings.
The earlier planning begins, the greater the chance of scheduling the same driver for the entire stay. If a relationship of trust has already been established, we would like to maintain that continuity whenever possible.
