Hallstatt is located in the heart of the Salzkammergut and is easily accessible from many places—whether as a day trip or a stopover on your journey. Among other places, we pick up guests here or take them onward from here:

On summer weekends, the access road may be closed once the parking lots are full. The only way to avoid this is to time your visit right: it’s much less crowded early in the morning or late in the afternoon. We plan our departure from Vienna around this, not the other way around.
The town center is closed to traffic. You’ll drop off at Parking Lot P1, and from there you’ll continue on foot. In the meantime, the car will be parked in the lot, and your luggage will remain in the vehicle—your guests won’t have to carry anything through town. At the agreed-upon time, the chauffeur service will be waiting at the same spot.
Yes, that's the usual scenario. Most of the time, we continue on to the next hotel or explore the surrounding area. If you'd like to keep the day open, we'll book by the hour instead of a fixed route—then you can decide along the way how long you'll go and where you'll go.
It's not the number of seats that matters—it's the luggage. Let us know the number of bags when you make your request, and we'll arrange the best setup. For groups of eight or more, we'll use our group transfer service, with multiple vehicles if needed.
Yes. Three hours there, three back, plus the stop in between. Just let us know if the driver will be waiting there or if it will be two separate trips.
Not necessarily from where they landed. From Hallstatt, it’s about 105 km to Salzburg (SZG), 250 km to Munich (MUC), and 288 km back to Vienna (VIE). If you haven’t decided on your return flight yet, let us know both options—we’ll calculate them separately, and you can decide later.
