„From the moment we set off until we reached Exit 274 (Thalgau) heading toward Rosewood Schloss Fuschl, the conversation in the car in Korean was all about Hallstatt. The daughters, in particular, were very involved.

FAQ – Private Transfer: Vienna Airport ⇄ Hallstatt
A lot depends on how long your guests stay and where they're going next.
These questions come up anyway with almost every Hallstatt booking.
On summer weekends, the access road may be closed once the parking lots are full. The only way to avoid this is to time your visit right: it’s much less crowded early in the morning or late in the afternoon. We plan our departure from Vienna around this, not the other way around.
The town center is closed to traffic. You’ll drop off at Parking Lot P1, and from there you’ll continue on foot. In the meantime, the car will be parked in the lot, and your luggage will stay in the vehicle—your guests won’t have to carry anything through town. At the agreed-upon time, the Chauffeur service back at the same point.
Yes, that's the usual case. Most of the time, we move on to the next hotel or explore the surrounding area afterward. It’s not the number of seats that matters—it’s the luggage. Let us know the number of pieces when you make your request, and we’ll arrange seating accordingly. For groups of eight or more, this is handled through our Group transfer, using multiple vehicles if necessary.
Yes. Three hours there, three back, plus the stop in between. Just let us know if the driver will be waiting there or if it will be two separate trips.
Not necessarily from where they landed. From Hallstatt, it’s about 105 km to Salzburg (SZG), 250 km to Munich (MUC), and 288 km back to Vienna (VIE). If you haven’t decided on your return flight yet, let us know both options—we’ll calculate them separately, and you can decide later.
