When the navigation system fails upon arrival
Our drivers pay close attention when Private transfer from Vienna Airport (VIE) to Braunau Be careful not to mistakenly turn into the closed north entrance for trucks. There is a physical barrier behind it. At the barrier gate, license plate pre-registration and ID verification take place before vehicles are allowed onto the factory grounds.

Why the return trip was quieter than the trip there
„Our delegation's meeting ended on time. Around 4:00 p.m. all went up 12 persons ...it should go to the hotel.
Change of Plans – The destination is a restaurant, not a hotel. I spoke with a colleague on the phone, and the navigation settings were adjusted in the second vehicle.
Somehow, none of them were tired—instead, full of energy. „Please turn up the song,“ said a woman in the back seat. Suddenly, a few people started singing along.
That joy looked damn after a success ... Shortly before midnight, we headed to the hotel, since we had to drive back to the airport the next day.
The return trip to the VIE Airport was in a good mood. But there was no singing this time.
“Too bad—I would have liked to hear those few wrong notes one more time. 😊"

Hi, Marian here. Once you have 10 or more people, it becomes a bit of a math problem: 2 cars or 3, who sits where, and when will everyone arrive at the same time? Send me the list, and I'll organize the carpool.

Vienna to Braunau Transfer – Questions to Ask Before Departure
Across Lower Austria, past Linz and Wels, all the way to the Inn River at the westernmost tip of Upper Austria.
The same questions come up every time on this route.
Each vehicle is billed individually, but the invoice covers the project as a whole. If all passengers belong to the same company, we issue a single invoice for all vehicles.
We've had this happen many times before. A colleague stayed behind and adjusted the schedule so that he could pick up the group in stages, while one person traveled to Vienna earlier and rejoined the group later.
If you’re traveling from Vienna with 14 people instead of 12, we can usually find a solution quickly: Either we upgrade the vehicle class, or we add another car to the trip. On the way back to Vienna, it’s a bit more complicated because a colleague then has to make a special trip out there to pick up the two of them. In both cases, the additional cost will be charged separately.
Every transfer from A to B is a one-way trip and is billed as such. If, on the other hand, you book by the hour, it's the kilometers that count, not the individual trips.
If you've booked a full day and the included 20 km per hour allow for it: we'd be happy to. However, if you've only booked a one-way trip from A to B and would like to stop for an hour to eat along the way, we'll charge you for that time—your driver can't be assigned to any other job during that hour.
When you’re in your own vehicle, your driver always coordinates everything directly with you. If it involves the second vehicle or a deviation from the schedule, one of the two drivers takes charge and makes decisions for both vehicles. However, there are some changes he cannot make on his own—much of it depends on our headquarters.
