What should be clarified before the first day of the audit.
We issue one combined invoice per booking. If the chauffeur accompanies you for several days, you’ll receive one invoice. If the trips are separate and booked individually, you’ll receive multiple invoices accordingly.
That depends mainly on your schedule. If we need to be there at 8:00 a.m., that coincides with rush hour—so it’s a good idea to allow an extra 30 minutes.
Yes. Send us your route, and your driver will receive the list with the addresses and follow it as planned.
That's why the Booking by the hour If the audit takes longer, your driver will remain on site and be ready for the return trip. If it takes significantly longer than expected, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
