4 consultants, 1 outlet stop, hotel at Erzsébet körút
„In September 2025, one of our German consulting firm a transfer from the Vienna Airport to the annual Danube Conference in Corinthia Hotel Budapest. The delegation had landed in Vienna via Frankfurt and the first conference slot started in the afternoon. Four people, laptops, presentation material, suits in a suit bag.
The brief was simple: all together in one vehicle, no transfers, direct to the hotel on the Erzsébet körút. If desired, the chauffeur should be available en route at the Designer Outlet Parndorf stop - the managing director wanted to hold a meeting before the conference. Tie get. The chauffeur picked up the delegation at the Terminal 3 from.
Take the A4 eastbound, make a short stop at Outlet Parndorf, continue via the Border crossing Nickelsdorf-Hegyeshalom, then on the M1 Hungarian highway towards Budapest. Past Győr, further through the Pannonian Plain, on the outskirts of Budapest into the 6th district Terézváros.
Two and a half hours later, the four of them were standing outside the hotel. Luggage in the room, tie unpacked, first lecture punctually at 14:00. On the third day, the same chauffeur drove the delegation back to Vienna Airport, this time without stopping - return flight to Frankfurt at 18:30. One booking. Two capitals. One conference - without stress.„
Liszt Ferenc Airport to Vienna - What our passengers think
Whether it's a business trip or a change of city in an afternoon - what counts in the end is how the journey felt.
This is what passengers who have already traveled with us on long distances were on the road.
3 steps to a private transfer to Budapest
Some days have to be planned down to the last detail - especially when a Booking hours in Budapest is in between or a Group transfer is coordinated with several vehicles. We are therefore looking forward to your trip and will plan it together with you.
👣 1. Contact
Tell us what's coming up:
- Who is traveling (people, luggage, perhaps a child seat)
- When it starts (outward and return journey, times)
- Where you start and arrive (Vienna Airport, hotel in Budapest, private address)
- What should happen in between (Outlet Parndorf, Győr, Pannonhalma Archabbey, refueling stop)
- Which vehicle class suits you (E-Class, V-Class, Sprinter, 1st Class)
👣 2. planning
Hello, Marian here. Sometimes it's a connecting flight from Liszt Ferenc the next morning, sometimes a delegation that has to attend a conference at the Corinthia, sometimes a family celebrating their wedding at the Danube Bend. Each route has its own logic - time slot, border crossing, toll, hotel lobby, right of way. I go through your plan, ask where necessary and send you the offer back.

👣 3. Transfer
As soon as you say yes, the driver is reserved for your days - including the vehicle, any waiting times between appointments and the return journey to Vienna. You have one contact person for the entire trip, not a changing dispatcher.
