Paparazzi Leave Empty-Handed
„An internationally renowned music group performed in 2025 at the Ernst Happel Stadium. From pickup at the GAT to the logistics vehicles, everything had to come from a single source. For the musicians, one thing was more important than which car they would arrive in: that Ensure that instruments and equipment arrive in proper condition.
For an event of this size, several sound checks are necessary, back and forth. No one knows in advance how long such a check will take—so the drivers stayed on site, and the vehicles, along with their drivers, were available for the all day booked.
On the day of the event, there were four V classes on VIP Entrance Ready. As they left the stadium, the group managed to shield themselves from the paparazzi and groupies before heading to their hotel in the city center.
Of course, an afterparty was a must. Several possible venues were on the table during the planning phase, but the decision wasn’t made until we got on the bus. We’d anticipated this might happen—which is why we decided on the spot to Drivers Replaced, so that statutory working hours are observed despite the long day.

More than 30 percent of our event transfers take place throughout Austria—from Vienna International Airport to Salzburg, Lower Austria, or Styria. You can book the return trip at the same time, and the driver will remain on standby during the event.
Yes. It’s a one-way trip to the event. During the event, the chauffeur remains on site and is paid because he cannot drive elsewhere during that time. Hourly bookings are available for two hours or more—and they can extend well into the night.
