Three Facts to Help You Plan Better
🎸 Logistics and transportation for equipment
For smaller pieces of music equipment, we arrange for our own vehicle. They are loaded securely and transported carefully—separate from the people.
🚪 Driveways and VIP Entrances
We know the driveways of the big venues and where the VIP entrance is. That way, you can avoid the crowds and the hustle and bustle.
🕐 Book an appointment 24/7
If the evening runs late, we extend the booking to 24/7. The drivers take turns and pick up where their colleague left off—everyone is briefed.
Paparazzi Leave Empty-Handed
„An internationally renowned music group performed in 2025 at the Ernst Happel Stadium. From pickup at the GAT to the logistics vehicles, everything had to come from a single source. For the musicians, one thing was more important than which car they would arrive in: that Ensure that instruments and equipment arrive in proper condition.
For an event of this size, several sound checks are necessary, back and forth. No one knows in advance how long such a check will take—so the drivers stayed on site, and the vehicles, along with their drivers, were available for the all day booked.
On the day of the event, there were four V classes on VIP Entrance Ready. As they left the stadium, the group managed to shield themselves from the paparazzi and groupies before heading to their hotel in the city center.
Of course, an afterparty was a must. Several possible venues were on the table during the planning phase, but the decision wasn’t made until we got on the bus. We’d anticipated this might happen—which is why we decided on the spot to Drivers Replaced, so that statutory working hours are observed despite the long day.
“What a wonderful—and exhausting—day. But when your own daughter is happy to get an autograph at the end, everything's fine!"
Not every trip is listed in the schedule in advance
Events often lead to trips that nobody planned.
Our guests themselves are the best judges of how well we stick to the schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions About Event Transfers
Most things will become clear once we know your schedule.
Here are the answers regarding planning, equipment, and standby:
That depends on the duration, distance, vehicle class, and type of reservation. For an evening at the opera, you should plan on at least three hours—in business class, that costs €195.65.
More than 30 percent of our event transfers take place throughout Austria—from Vienna International Airport to Salzburg, Lower Austria, or Styria. You can book the return trip at the same time, and the driver will remain on standby during the event.
Yes. It’s a one-way trip to the event. During the event, the chauffeur remains on site and is paid because he cannot drive elsewhere during that time. Hourly bookings are available for two hours or more—and they can extend well into the night.
This is our everyday life. During a Group Transfer Guests rarely arrive at the same time. In that case, a vehicle shuttles back and forth between the airport and the destination every hour.
For smaller shipments, we use a Sprinter and work with professional moving companies—so you can handle everything through a single point of contact. When it comes to a concert production at the Ernst Happel Stadium, we’re not the right partner for logistics, but when it comes to Chauffeur Service But that is.
That depends on the venue. Some use turnstiles, while others require advance registration. As soon as we know your schedule, we'll determine what's required for your destination.
