If there's heavy snowfall, a day on the mountain may be canceled. In that case, we'll adjust our plans—and the day of skiing will quickly turn into a Private sightseeing in the valley.

Frau Holle Ruins the Downhill Run
„In winter, even the best weather forecasts are useless—the weather follows its own rules. A group of private citizens wanted to go to Rosi’s Sonnenbergstuben for a business lunch at around 1,200 meters. We had brought our ski gear, but we never needed it: the meeting dragged on, and the bad weather was foreseeable. The guests were actually supposed to ski down to the valley, where we would pick them up— The trip never took place.
The trip there in a convoy of three S-Classes, with snow chains in the trunk, along the narrow, winding Oberaigenweg: no problem. When the return trip was announced in the WhatsApp group, the drivers were ready to go. The group was already outside when the topic of road conditions came up. One of our passengers approached the convoy leader: She said that because of the a sudden change in the weather They were advised to exercise particular caution.
The snowplow had cleared away quite a bit, but the road was no longer easy to drive on. It was impossible to turn around on the narrow path. And the next meeting was scheduled.
Drivers and dispatchers decided together: The leader goes down first, alone. He drove down and back up. Only when it was clear that the descent was safe at a walking pace did the guests get in—and head off to their business meeting.

That depends on the distance and the vehicle class. For the closest ski slope to Vienna International Airport—the Semmering—the cost in business class is €242.35.
We distinguish between transfers and on-call service. As soon as the transfer reaches its destination, hourly billing begins upon request—the driver remains on call with you. Each hour includes 20 kilometers.
That's usually how it works. Your driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall and take you directly to your destination—even if your flight is delayed, because we track your flight in real time.
That's up to you. If you want to go straight to the area instead of to the hotel first, that can be arranged and isn't a problem.
Our service is door-to-door—you get on at A and get off at B, as long as local conditions allow. In Hallstatt, for example, the car-free zone prevents vehicles from driving right up to the hotel.
Winter tires are required in Austria from November through April, and we, of course, comply with this regulation. Our drivers monitor the weather forecast and, if necessary, arrange for snow chains to be brought from the base for the respective transfer.
So far, we've gotten every group—along with their luggage—to their destination. Sometimes a Sprinter handles everything at once; other times, a second vehicle travels in the convoy and transports suitcases and equipment separately.
