„The customer is picked up, but his Luggage is missing. He's in a rush to get to his appointment: If we're late, the appointment is off. And he has to be there in person, with his iPad.
My suggestion: A coworker picks up the items in exchange for a Power of Attorney ... The customer signs, and we set off, because time is of the essence.
Yeah, we went over it a few times; there weren't any breaks, but we made it on time to.
The boss agreed that a coworker just an iPad Drove all the way to Italy. Great assignment for my colleague.
Whether the iPad is also a Restroom break “needed?"

Hi, Marian here. For long trips abroad, I first check to make sure your luggage arrives safely with you—if a suitcase is missing, a colleague can retrieve it with a power of attorney while you’re already on the road. In an emergency, that saves exactly the hour you’d otherwise be short. Send me your flight details and your schedule once you’re there.

Vienna to Trieste Transfer – Answers for Your Trip to the Sea
The route passes through Graz, Maribor, and Ljubljana, then crosses Slovenia and winds through the Karst region down to Trieste—as the city is called in Italian. There are a few things you should know before embarking on a trip like this.
Yes. You'll get out right in front of the entrance—the chauffeur will take your luggage to the front desk.
For example, we regularly take trips to:
🏨 to the Falisia in Portopiccolo near Trieste (on the coast off Trieste)
Sure. Please mention that right at the beginning in the travel information section, so the driver will have the exact route and can take you straight to your appointment.
Everything is taken care of before departure and included in the total price—you don't have to worry about a thing.
We've actually had that happen before. A driver followed us with just a suitcase. So, yeah 😊.
For trips longer than 1,000 km, two drivers will accompany the passenger. This also applies to trips that may include a return trip on the same day. It depends on the assignment.
You can book the chauffeur by the day or for an entire week. The sooner you let us know, the easier it is to schedule, and the sooner we can find the right solution for you.
For trips under 300 km, we allow for a break of about 10 to 20 minutes. For longer trips, you can plan on 30 to 45 minutes. Please feel free to mention any stopovers in advance; the chauffeur will then be billed on standby for that number of hours.
Of course. Depending on driver availability, the driver or vehicle class may change. Just let us know, and we'll find a solution.
