Meeting place: a gas pump just before Bolzano
„In the spring of 2026, a colleague and I were supposed to pick up a client at an unusual location: the Presidents a well-known major corporation and 10 more people.
To do that, we had to stop at a gas station outside Bolzano.
Italian colleagues from Naples, driving the same cars, pulled up next to us. We helped each other with the luggage. We exchanged a few words about what it’s like to have a chauffeur in Naples. We talked briefly about Vienna, and before we knew it, we were in Bolzano.
We spent a whole day there. In the evening, we headed to Agordo, where we stayed the next day as well.
They wanted to take a photo at Lake Wörthersee. After a short break, they headed straight to the hotel in Vienna.
4 days We were responsible for the entire group before we took the guests back to the same gas station “have discontinued."

Hi, Marian here. If you’re not being picked up at the airport but along the way, I’ll first ask for a meeting spot where several vehicles can pull over at the same time. For groups of ten or more, that’s more important than the exact time. Send me your daily itinerary, even if there are still some changes.

Vienna to Bolzano Transfer – Questions About the South Tyrol Route
The route takes you through Salzburg and the Inn Valley, up past Innsbruck to the Brenner Pass, and down through the Eisack Valley to Bolzano—which is the Italian name for Bozen. With several days planned, more questions are bound to arise; here are the most important ones.
Yes. You'll get out right in front of the entrance—the chauffeur will take care of your luggage.
For example, we regularly take trips to:
🏨 to the Parkhotel Laurin in Bolzano
As long as we know the exact pickup location, it doesn't matter where the trip starts. Just let us know where you'd like to get on board.
You can book the chauffeur for a whole week or for a few days. He'll be there for you almost the entire time.
We can do that. However, the trip will take longer. We'll need to allow at least an additional 1.5 hours and plan ahead for charging.
If your itinerary continues on to Agordo, our itinerary will also continue in Agordo.
Our vehicles are equipped for winter conditions. However, it’s important to note that some sections of the Brenner Pass are closed entirely during the winter. So when you book, please keep in mind that we may not be able to provide this transfer and will work with you to find an alternative, such as Zell am See or Hallstatt.
No, we're driving to Bolzano via Lake Wörthersee, not through Tyrol.
Selfies are always a good idea. Just let the driver know, and he'll pull over so you can snap a photo. Just make sure it's along the route so you don't have to take a detour.
