The ACV's 3 Logistics Zones
If you start from the Vienna Airport the Austria Center (ACV), a private chauffeur's local knowledge is a real advantage. We know the best places to drop you off and can adapt to poor weather conditions.
Level 0 – Main Entrance under the Danube Sail: The curved priority lane right in front of the entrance, shaded by the Danube Sail. Short and straightforward—but almost always full during large conventions.
Development Level – Our Insider Move: Instead of waiting in traffic up above, we’ll take the underground tunnel entrance via Leonard Bernstein Street and drop you off on the right level of the parking garage—where the elevators will take you directly to the lobby without any steps. Upstairs, a thousand people are crammed together; you’re already inside.
Pedestrian level – Bruno-Kreisky-Platz, top: where everyone arrives on foot. Great for the view of Donau City, but not ideal for a guest with a tight schedule and a suitcase.
The Most Loyal Listener at the Austria Center
„A speaker from the U.S. initially booked only the Airport transfer. He must have liked the service—because every morning for the four days of the conference, he had himself taken to the Austria Center and drive back to the hotel in the evening. His choice of vehicle was curious: XL, for a single guest. The reason? ‚Better acoustics.‘ Before every meeting, he would read the most important passages aloud—and his driver, Hasan, thus became his most loyal listener.
On the last day, they headed to the airport in the rain. He thanked Hasan for listening so patiently, disappeared into the terminal—and Hasan drove to the gas station, ready for his next ride. Then the phone rang. It was the speaker. Hasan thought for a moment that he’d forgotten something. But it turned out differently: Flight canceled, and a performance the next day in Berlin. Within minutes, headquarters gave the go-ahead—and off they went to the German capital.
“I wonder if Hasan ended up memorizing the presentation? :)"

FAQ – Transfer from Vienna Airport to the Austria Center
Many of your questions about your transfer to the Austria Center have already been answered above.
Here are the questions that assistants and conference attendees ask most frequently before booking.
Yes—and it’s rarely just a single trip, but rather fixed time slots, multiple passengers, and last-minute schedule changes. That’s exactly why a comprehensively planned chauffeur service is the more reliable solution than several separate individual trips.
Yes. We consolidate arrivals, hotel–conference transportation, return trips, and evening events into a single schedule. For conferences lasting several days, the same times, vehicles, and pickup locations can be set for each day. Also, trips To the UN City We'll take the one right next door with us.
Yes. For teams, speakers, and exhibitors, we coordinate limousines, business vans, or multiple vehicles. For staggered arrivals, we arrange individual pickups or a joint transfer after the last flight lands. This is handled through the group transfer service.
Yes. If you have appointments, a hotel change, or dinner plans between sessions, the car stays with you on an hourly basis. That way, you don't have to set a specific time for each trip, and it's easier to accommodate last-minute changes.
That depends on your appointment and how crowded it is. If it’s quiet at the entrance under the Danube Sail, we’ll take a detour via the access level during major conferences so you don’t have to stand in the crowd at the upper plaza. Let us know in advance which conference you’re attending and—if known—your entrance, and we’ll drop you off right where your event begins.
Yes. Your driver will pick you up in the arrivals hall and take you directly to the Austria Center without any transfers. The pickup is scheduled based on your flight number—if your flight lands later, the pickup time will be adjusted accordingly.
