„Last April, we were selected for a Transfer from Prague to Vienna booked. There were three speakers who took part in the Machine Learning Prague about what awaits us with AI.

We first picked them up from the O2 universe then briefly to the hotel to pick up the trolleys. And then a piece of luggage that looked really strange and, above all, was very heavy. I naturally asked what I was supposed to put in the trunk.

I haven't memorized the technical terms, but that much has stuck with me: Image recognition in real time. One of the speakers turned the camera in my direction - and within milliseconds it was on the screen: „Driver. Calm. Focused. Mid-forties.“

I was immediately asked whether they would have me for the transfer again next year - or a robot.

We were earlier than planned, so they asked how it would be with a Stopover looks. No problem at all. Half an hour later, we were standing in front of the baroque Valtice Castle, UNESCO World Heritage Site, right on the border.

Нямахме предварителен план какво да разгледаме, затова нашият шофьор Amid ни предложи маршрут, който беше идеален за първо посещение – Schönbrunn, Stephansplatz, Hofburg и няколко хубави места в центъра.
Най-практичното за нас беше, че ни взимаше точно от мястото, на което ни беше оставил. Без обикаляне, без губене на време – слизаме, разглеждаме и при връщане колата е вече там.
Amid познава Виена отлично и умее да прецени кога е най-спокойно да се посетят популярните забележителности. За нашата група това беше много удобен и спокоен начин да видим града, имайки предвид краткото време, за което бяхме там.
Не искахме да разглеждаме Виена като по туристическия пътеводител и затова се доверихме на препоръките на нашия шофьор. Един от най-добрите му съвети беше Havelka – малко местен ресторант в тиха странична уличка, с много уютна атмосфера и идеален за кратка почивка между спирките.
След това посетихме места като Sisi Museum и Hofburg, без да се занимаваме с паркиране или лутане из центъра. Слизаме, разглеждаме, връщаме се – всичко беше много по-лесно.
В допълнение изцяло по препоръка на нашия шофьор Amid, посетихме и Каленберг.
Пътуването до Каленберг определено беше акцентът за нас – гледката към цяла Виена е невероятна. Никога не бихме намерили това място сами. След това продължихме към Гринцинг, където се нахранихме в традиционен местен ресторант. Атмосферата там е напълно различна от центъра на града – уютна, местна, изпълнена с винена култура и перфектният контраст след гледната точка.
По пътя направихме кратка спирка и в Beethoven-Haus в 19-ти район, което беше наистина приятно неочаквано допълнение към маршрута и ни даде поглед към различна страна от историята на Виена.
По време на пътуването шофьорът ни ни разказа малко за кварталите, Дунав и историята на района, без да ни кара да се чувстваме като на обиколка с екскурзовод. Просто непринуден, информативен разговор по пътя.
В заключение комбинацията от града, Шьонбрун, Каленберг, Гринцинг и Beethoven-Haus беше точно за нас. Страхотен маршрут, страхотни съвети и като цяло много приятно пътуване.Накрая имахме чувството, че сме видели града по по-спокоен и автентичен начин. Точно това, което търсехме.
При последващо наше пътуване до Виена несъмнено отново бихме избрали Amid за наш шофьор.

Bratislava’daki aktarma uçağıma oldukça kısıtlı bir sürede yetişmem gerekiyordu ve Viyana Havalimanı transferiyle zamanında yetişip yetişemeyeceğimden emin değildim. How do you deal with confidential conversations while driving?

Permanently employed chauffeurs, confidentiality obligation in the employment contract, no voice recording in the vehicle, tinted windows on request. During investor meetings or strategic calls en route, you are undisturbed in the rear - the chauffeur drives, nothing else. For particularly sensitive journeys, we can arrange an additional non-disclosure agreement with your legal department on request.

Can I receive an invoice with VAT for company accounting - even as a CEE group?

Yes, we issue invoices with Austrian VAT shown for each company - including VAT number for reverse charge for EU companies outside Austria. Collective invoices for several journeys per month are possible. For group framework agreements, please contact us directly.

Can I plan a wine stop at Valtice Castle - even with a short lead time?

Yes, as long as you mention it when booking. Valtice Castle is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and houses the Salon of Wines of the Czech Republic in the castle cellar. With a few days' notice, we can reserve express access for a guided tasting. Waiting time is included in the hourly price - simply state the number of people and the desired duration.

I will be picked up from Prague, but fly back from Vienna - is that one booking or two?

One single booking. We pick you up from your hotel or conference venue in Prague and drive you directly to Vienna-Schwechat for check-in. You don't need a separate request, a second platform or a Czech local provider. Your chauffeur is the same from pickup to terminal.

Can I carry demo hardware, works of art or particularly heavy luggage?

Yes, the V-Class can accommodate six people plus large items of equipment - server cases, exhibition structures, art objects or several large trolleys. Please specify dimensions and weight when booking so that we can provide the appropriate vehicle. For particularly fragile freight, we can arrange additional blankets or safety belts on request.

My congress lasts three days - can the chauffeur wait for me at the O2 universum?

Yes, for stays in Prague lasting several days, we offer hourly bookings with standby mode.
