No, with us there are no night or weekend surcharges - so you pay the same fair price at any time of day or night.

Additional costs may only be incurred if, for example, the journey is abroad (e.g. vignette fees), or for day bookings where hotel costs for the driver or parking fees may be incurred.

But don't worry: we will inform you of all prices and any additional costs transparently as part of your inquiry - with no surprises.

Of course, something can change - that's no problem. Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before departure.

For cancellations at short notice, the following graduated fees apply, based on the fare according to the booking confirmation:

10-12 hours before: 20 % of the fare

8-10 hours before: 40 % of the fare

6-8 hours before: 60 % of the fare

4-6 hours before: 80 % of the fare

0-4 hours before: 100 % of the fare

Yes, a free waiting period is included in the price:
- 60 minutes for airport pick-ups,
- 30 minutes for stations and long-distance journeys,
- 15 minutes at hotels or private addresses.

Payment is made exclusively online - conveniently and securely by credit card during the booking process.
Cash payments in the vehicle are not possible, as our service is completely digital and organized in advance.

Yes - Child seats are free of charge, provided they are selected during the booking process. Our drivers ensure that the seats are installed properly and safely before departure. This ensures that your children travel comfortably and well protected.

Stopovers are of course possible - our dispatcher team checks each booking individually. If the start and destination addresses differ from the original route, the price may change. This will of course be communicated to you transparently in advance - no hidden costs, no surprises.
