Pre-order & Booking

Please note that the child seats must first be collected & fitted by the head office. Therefore, a booking or pre-order of 24 hours is of great advantage. It is of course also possible to book at short notice, but even in this case there may not be a free vehicle or booster seat available.

Is a child seat compulsory in a chauffeur service or cab?

Austria has the following legal regulations for the transportation of children in cabs:

In principle, one is acc. § Section 106 of the Motor Vehicle Act (KFG) Children up to the age of 14 with a height of less than 135 cm must be secured in private cars. Cabs and rental cars are exempt from this obligation to provide child seats and restraint systems (infant carriers, child seats and booster seats).

Do cabs have a baby seat?

As a rule, cabs do not take child seats as they take up space and are legally exempt. Our drivers will be happy to fit the desired seat, provided it has been ordered in advance.

Can I carry my baby in the cab?

It is not permitted in private vehicles, but a child seat is not required by law for cabs.

Is a child seat free of charge in the airport cab?

We do not charge any additional costs for the provision of a child seat!

Child seat on the front passenger seat?

Children may also sit in the front passenger seat with the appropriate seat equipment. Please deactivate the airbag if a baby car seat or a rear-facing system (reboard seat) is fitted.

What happens in the event of flight delays?

Our drivers have an automated early warning system if a flight departs or arrives late. The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall (60 minutes waiting time from landing).

How can I pay?

Payment is exclusively cashless (card payment). The Fare only pre-authorized in advance & not debited. The amount will only be debited after the end of the transfer.
